Papillon have attempted to describe all items accurately but slight variations in actual goods may occur. Any claim arising from same will not exceed the price of the goods paid by the buyer.

All offers/orders are subject to stock availability. We take care to show correct sizing and specifications and such descriptions whilst given as a guide are subject to alteration by the seller without notice.

SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE

Our prices have been carefully considered and are in line with suppliers demands.

DELIVERY

All orders will be despatched on the same day if placed before 3.00p.m. Otherwise on the day after.

Papillon cannot accept any responsibility for transport delays or circumstances beyond their control causing late delivery.

We nor our designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation after despatch of order cannot be accepted.

POSTAGE

All our orders are mailed by First Class Recorded delivery for the U.K. and Airmail for items sent to other destinations.

Requests for any special delivery requirements must be made before placing the order so that an extra charge can be made.

CLAIMS

Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit will only be accepted within 48 hours of the goods being received in the case of damage. The Company must be informed in writing within 14 days of invoice in the case of loss. The Company will not accept claims made outside the stated time limit.

REFUNDS

We will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund or exchange. The items must be unworn, unaltered and have all labels and tags attached. Shoes must have no sign of wear and must be returned in their original box as this is part of the product. Please notify us before returning the goods either by telephone or email.
